Our new custom Diedrich IR-12 arrived on May 4, 2017….and it is amazing. The Diedrich is handmade in Ponderay, Idaho and its 90,000BTU infrared burner can roast 12kg in 12 min and up to 210kg/day!! It is one of the most efficient and cleanest machines on the market!

Angie and I flew down to Idaho to check out the factory and get trained up on the new roaster.  We spent 3 days with the amazing team in Ponderay and met the skilled engineers, steelworkers, electricians and welders who made our machine. They had a master roaster, Jeremy Raths put us through our paces developing roasting profiles on the new machine! Can’t wait to fire this badboy up!!!
